What is the difference between Podcasts and Screencasts?
Our Screencasts are small online aids as video files that describe how you can carry out certain settings in the Epson software, step by step. The Epson Podcasts are audio video files that run over several minutes in Windows Media Player File Format or in Quick Time Format. They contain information for the advantages and features of our products and technologies. You also have the possibility of downloading the Podcasts and to copy these onto multi-media players. This enables you to view these small and informative video files on the go.back to questions
Where can I view which training courses I have already completed?
With your individual learning plan, you always have an overview as to which training courses you have already successfully completed and which training courses you are planning on completing. The learning plan can be called-up using the right mouse button as soon as you have logged in. Here you can view which training courses have been successfully completed (green colour on the column), or which have not been fully processed (red colouring). Using a filter function, you also have the possibility to display certain training courses (e.g. all training courses that have not already been completed).back to questions
What is a certificate of success and how can I get it?
As soon as you have successfully worked through an online training course on our learning platform (for this purpose, you usually have to successfully complete an end test), you are able to print out your certificate of success via your personal learning plan. This serves as proof that you have successfully completed a course.back to questions
